Duct Cleaning

Duct cleaning is a specialised area that requires experience and expertise. Changes to regulations over the last few years have seen an increase in the training and licenses needed to carry out such work. For instance, duct cleaners now need confined spaces certification to enter ducts. We also train our staff in such areas as: first aid, elevated platform and working at heights.

We have developed some comprehensive reporting methods to compliment our servicing. No single inovation has been as profound as the introduction of photographic reporting. We are (possibly) the first duct cleaning company to introduce photographic reporting and we actively support the practice. Every team of service personnel at Kleenduct is equipped with a digital camera and reporting forms. Don't forget to ask for your photographic report.

An exciting new development is the ability to publish photographic reports and certificates of compliance to our website in a private client only access area. This client access only area also contains information about our insurances policies, Occupational Health and Safety Plan and an area for questions and feedback. It also contains a list of some of our better known clients. All the reports are available in a printable format. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

Our duct cleaning services include:

Air Conditioning Systems

Research has shown that contaminants in the air can flourish in the cleanest of work places. These impurities can be the key element in the aggravation of asthma, bronchitis, headaches, allergies or other breathing problems.

Cooking Exhaust Systems

The exhaust system in commercial kitchens consists of a canopy fitted with grease filters directly over the cooking appliances. This is connected by ductwork to an exhaust fan which normally discharges outside the building.

Laundry Exhaust Systems

Found in commercial laundries which can be a part of a hotel complex or a factory. Of all air handling systems, laundries are the most fire hazardous. This is because they pick up lint and fluff via the large driers.

General Exhaust Systems

Includes toilet, bathroom and specific purpose i.e. fume cupboards, change rooms etc.
