Insurance:
Most insurance policies require that the insured maintains their
cooking exhaust systems in a clean state (filters, canopies, ducts
& fans). Proof of regular cleaning of these systems must be provided
in the event of a claim. Invoices and certificates of Compliance
meet these requirements. Your insurance policy may be invalid if
proof of regular cleaning cannot be provided, leaving you liable
for any damages or claims.
Services Agreement:
A service agreement offers you the security of knowing that the
quoted price will remain fixed for the term of the agreement and
that the program will be carried out by a trusted company who has
prior experience of the job involved.
Photographic Evidence of Work Completed (before & after photos)
Our staff will go to any lengths to ensure that your cooking exhaust
system/s are as clean as a whistle! Just mention that this is an
option that you require when we come out to quote and consider it
done.

On Site Service & Conditions Report:
Our thorough service report can be completed on site giving you
the most up to date information about your cooking exhaust system/s
at your fingertips. Our service personnel can recommend a suitable
program on the condition report according to the condition of the
system which you can then read at your leisure.
Certificate Of Compliance:
Upon request a Certificate of Compliance will be sent directly to
you along with your invoice once the work has been completed. As
previously mentioned, these Certificates are a vital record of the
work you have requested to be carried out on your cooking exhaust
system.
Australian Standards:
Please don't hesitate to contact us in regards to the Australian
Standard Requirements that deal directly with your system/s. We

and have included those paragraphs in an easy to read letter format
