Boroscopic Inspection

Back to equipment

Remote Visual Inspection. Many locations are very difficult to access for inspection and reporting. That's where the Boroscope comes in.

A borescope is a long and thin rod-like device that allows the user to see into inaccessible areas. Its long narrow tube contains a telescope system with a number of lenses. This state-of-the-art device has a high intensity light source and high definition optics and is used to look inside the ductwork of air handling systems. We are generally able to see up to 6 metres from where we enter the duct without needing to cut access an access panel. A small hole is sufficient no more the 12mm which is then plugged with a rubber stopper.

These borescopes feature CCD cameras that provide real time full screen images.

We are able to record what we see and provide evidence of this to our client when requested. We also can provide high definition digital pictures of the inspection and our system also connects to the latest mega-pixel digital cameras.
