Our cleaning process.

The cleaning follows the air flow of the system

• Return air grilles are removed and all the associated ducting up to the air handling unit is cleaned. Grilles are then washed on site and replaced.

• Fresh air intake ducting is then cleaned.

• The air handling unit including fans, plenums and heat & cooling exchange coils are cleaned. It is recommended that filters are either cleaned or replaced at this stage.

• All supply air ducting is cleaned and outlet registers are removed, washed on site and replaced. The whole system is then pressure fogged with an approved anti-bacterial chemical. (We recommend Bactigas).

• Our Robotic Method can be utilised in difficult to access areas.
